Upper Levels Audition Form

Registration is now open for new students. Please complete the Upper Levels Audition Form to ensure proper level placement within our programs. Audition/Placement Class required for upper levels (starting at age 8+).

Please note that acceptance in upper levels (8+y.o.) is not guaranteed after audition. The OBA staff analyzes all aspects before accepting a student to any of our programs. We rely on the professional jurisdiction of our faculty members. Please understand kindly.

Audition fee for Level 1 - Pre-Professional classes is $50 (can be paid online)
